Sausage, Chicken were cold and dry

The order was for chicken and sausage, which should have included sauce, plus an additional three sauces, totaling five. However, only three sauces were provided.

Karaage chicken was worst I have ever had...it was cold & had a bad smell on it.

Worst crispy CP chicken I’ve ever tasted. It was burnt and the size was smaller than my cat’s paws. I ordered two crispy chicken. One was fine. Ordered spicy chicken max but they provided the 95tk leg

I ordered breast pieces but received leg pieces. The chicken was burnt and even had a hair on it. The nuggets were also overcooked. Overall, the meal was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

This is the first time it happened that with my order they did not provide any sauce. Also, the chicken was too hard to chew.
