Food is good but they don’t care about customer preference. I always mention to skip beans in quesadilla but they simply don’t care.

Ordered their Beef Bolognese Pasta & Prawn Cream Cheese Spring Rolls. But the overall experience was Average.

The grilled chicken patty was totally burnt! The fries were too oily, hard and burnt.This isn’t healthy at all which Courtyard is known for originally. Advising use of olive oil as well.

Naan is missing from my order. And you charged me too!!

burrito was awful...it was just rice in bread

I ordered a beef burrito and what I received was a wrap of spiced rice with almost no beef. If you’re charging customers 695 BDT for “burrito” please at least provide something. This is unacceptable.

The chicken used in the noodles has started farmenting from within. Don't just anyone start doing food business if you cannot respect your customers and the food enough to ensure healthy deliverables.

They missed the whole Butterscotch Frappe in the order

The rice had an extremely bad smell. If the quality of food deteriorates like this I will eventually stop ordering from you guys.
