Awful packaging, if you know it's for delivery then you should have the common sense to at least put a cling wrap around it to prevent it from spilling. The drink spilled in the bag.

There is no signature ingredient in singnature pearl milk tea.

The packaging was not proper. There should be a tape at top. And the boba tea tastes very damp

I didn't like this matcha flavour

They didn’t strain the tea and it didn’t taste as good as it used to
